As a full-service provider, MDF can provide you with a range of support services that add further value to your fulfillment and distribution functions. Many of these services grew out of our commitment to meeting the full scope of our clients' needs, and the initiative of our customer service representatives to go beyond in helping our customers achieve their goals.
Some of these support services include:
- Call center support: For customer service support, we offer a trained call center to ensure that there is a real person behind the order.
- Database management: We provide full support for a wide range of client activities including mailing and marketing campaigns. We are experienced in developing a current and common format, and providing you with a standardized data structure to accommodate current and future requirements. A properly designed database will provide opportunities for detailed analysis and segmentation, as well as the opportunity to establish common disciplines for record keeping, file formats, and mailing standard compliance.
- In-house data entry services: We offer a variety of data entry services including hand and custom entry as well as development of special coding structures.
- Direct mail: Our lettershop operation provides a comprehensive range of mailing and reclassification solutions. For customers using USPS, we can currently provide for permit mailing, CASS certification, pre-sorting, address correction, BRM services, Standard and First Class, and Delivery Confirmation for Priority Mail. As a major user of the local USPS, this relationship provides us with the resources to implement other mailing services as required. Additionally, we can provide custom labels, inkjet addressing, POSTNET bar Coding, and wafer sealing.
- Light assembly: This includes kitting, extra packaging and custom assembly of your materials, products, and samples.
- Material procurement: We become your purchase partner by working directly with your material providers.
