Our senior management stays involved in programs from beginning to completion so you can be assured that MDF's high standards are met throughout the entire process. Proactive account management is a key element of our approach. A Customer Service Representative is assigned to direct all aspects of your program. Your representative will be your primary contact while we develop and manage your program, and prepare your program for future growth. Your representative is your liaison to a customer service group that is made up of a cross-functional team. Depending on the size and scope of your program, we will assign a complete team or a portion of a team to you. This allows for a primary point of contact as well as a group of individuals familiar with your products, procedures and business rules. Each member of this team reports to the Customer Service Manager, who reports directly to one of our senior partners.
