MDF is evaluating the possibility of adding e-Prospecting to MDF’s portfolio of services in 2005.
E-Prospecting allows for the efficient and easy management of all your digital marketing materials. It enables the marketing manager to easily keep the sales force current with the most up-to-date marketing materials. And it gives your sales reps access to your company’s library of collateral and presentations without being hooked up to your network. Great for when sales reps are working from home or are on the road.
The sales rep can create digital marketing presentations from a predetermined menu of choices. “Kits” or “collections” can be grouped together for particular product information so that the sales rep always sends all pertinent information. Then an e-mail is sent to the potential customer with a link into e-Prospecting and the personalized presentation created just for them.
Using a state-of-the-art reporting system, e- Prospecting reports when a prospect received a presentation, when they viewed it, what they looked at, how long they looked at it, when they exited the presentation and whether they sent it to someone else to view.
It also reports what marketing materials the sales force is using, when they digitally communicate with prospects, when they follow-up, the time between follow-ups and what marketing pieces are more successful. E-Prospecting is a great tool that incorporates two very important areas in the sales process: which marketing pieces your sales force are using and which pieces cause your target audience to take action.
