From YourSITE.com MDF Goes Beyond A lobbying firm was hired by a small organization that needed to educate the legislators about an impending bill, but since it was a grass roots effort, there were no marketing materials. All they had was a set of business cards that they made up special for this legislative session. Now they needed several hundred binders so they could pass them to all of the legislators. The lobbying firm came to MDF with a business card with a logo on it, and a file with names and addresses, and text for a personalized letter, a booklet, and various pages of relevant material. MDF took care of everything: we purchased 200 white view binders for them, and we created letterhead, a cover page inserted into the front of the view binder, a spine, and a large label from the logo on the business card. MDF mail merged the letter and printed it onto the letterhead. Next we printed an 8-page booklet and 25 pages of related material, and inserted them into the binders. We affixed the label on the inside cover, inserted the cover page and spine, and sent everything out in cartons in time for the legislative session. Perception is everything, and MDF helped in making the organization look larger and more organized than it actually was.
