E-Fulfillment is a supplement to traditional physical warehousing and fulfillment. Here’s the blueprint: it’s an auto-responder tied into an e-mail address from your domain or an anonymous domain (sendingnow.com).
E-mail addresses and the message in the responder e-mail can be customized with special offers, discount coupons, articles, product advice, company information, surveys…the list is endless.
When the prospect receives and opens the e-mail, e-Fulfillment collects data such as whether it was opened, and click-thru information.
You not only capture the prospect’s e-mail address, but you also collect interests/actions to profile prospects and measure promotion response rates.
