All systems are completely computer controlled. All packing lists, labels, etc. are computer-generated producing a highly efficient environment. All activities are closely supervised and, when appropriate, would be handled by the same group of fulfillment staff. Our workforce is extremely stable, with all of our supervisors having been in place for more than five years.
