Empower your training centers to order the materials they need for their educational programs, seminars, and on-going training! MDF offers a Print on Demand and Fulfillment solution all in one for quick turnaround at a reasonable price. We will print your manuals and handbooks, bind them to your specifications, package them up with extras such as brochures or premium items if desired, and ship them to the training location. We’ll e-mail the tracking number so there are no surprises, and we do all of that within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the order.
Using a basic shopping cart system that is hosted on our web server and linked through your internal site, your staff can order training manuals, CD-roms, reference books, even unique student manuals for each class, as well as premium items such as pens, t-shirts, key rings that would be stored in our secured warehouse. The system will maintain minimum stocking levels, with e-mail notification to a control point when an item reaches a low stock level.
If the training material is customized for different job functions or for different trainers, our digital printing process can easily handle that through templates or pre-assigned order forms. They can even preview proofs on-line! We can make it easy to access the subjects in the manual by printing tabs or dividers with text or images custom-printed onto mylar die-cut tabs, and inserting them in the proper location.
To accommodate potential updates and/or changes in the program, we would print the number of manuals needed for a particular session. These would be finished according to your specifications (such as inserted into binders, shrink-wrapped, spiral bound, tape bound, etc.) and shipped out with any other supporting material – brochures, hand-outs, technical drawings – that would be stored in our warehouse or printed as needed.
Status e-mails are sent out to confirm receipt of an order and when it has shipped, with tracking information and links to the carrier site.
Controls can be built into the system, such as secure password-protected access into the system, budget allocations, and restrictions on certain items (ie premiums).
MDF will provide on-line real time access for all the physical items in inventory that can also include pre-built kits. The system is available 24/7 for ordering, accessing reports, or checking inventory levels.
